Claim special skins exclusively from the web.

Event cards never appear in Discord chats; claim a random one from the homepage every 4 hours.

Normal players must claim 10 cards, spin the daily roulette, spend 100 coins, and wait 4 hours between event claims; blessed players skip those requirements.
